Dear Lakenheath High School Graduates’ Scholarship for Excellence,

I wish to thank you for the $500 that you have given me. It is an enormous help towards my future career as an elementary school teacher. I am unable to express the gratitude I have towards you for all the help that this will be when I am in college.

After college I want to be able to teach our future generation. I know that with this money that you have given me, I will be able to fulfill this dream and make a difference in the lives of those children that I teach.

This scholarship will help me be able to go through my first year of college debt-free. It will give me peace of mind knowing that my tuition and books are now paid for.

Again I thank you with all my heart for everything that you have now helped me to accomplish by giving me this scholarship. I will be committed and work with great dedication to make sure that I don’t let this money go to waste.
